How Set Up A Facebook Business Page

A Business Page is required to connect to Facebook. This article guides you through how to set one up.

To connect your Facebook, you need to have a business Page. This is different from a personal account, and needs to be set up separately.

How do I know if I have a business Page?

Here is how to check if you do:

On Desktop:

  1. Open facebook.com.

  2. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner.

  3. In the drop-down menu click on “See all profiles”

  4. Press “See all Pages”

Here you will have the list of your Pages. If you don’t have one, you will need to create it. for an instruction on how to do that, refer to section 1.3.

2.2. On mobile:

  1. Open the app

  2. Tap the icon with three horizontal lines (≡), usually on bottom right corner for IPhones and top right corner for android.

  3. Press “See more”

  4. Tap “Pages”

Here you will have the list of your Pages. If you don’t have one, you will need to create it. To do that, refer to section 1.3.

Here's how to set up a Facebook business Page:

  1. Go to facebook.com on your computer.

  2. Click your profile photo on the top right corner.

  3. In the drop-down menu click on “See all profiles”

  4. Press “Create Page” and choose “Public Page”

  5. Add the required information and finish setting up the profile.

Now you should have your Facebook Page and can continue to connect your Facebook in Xara. Here's how.
