This is not a complete list but contains all the main formats you are likely to need for creating and sharing your documents.
All the Export options are available from the Documents > Download menu.
The Import options are available from the Documents > Open menu if you have documents in the cloud. Or through the Upload option to the left of the editing workspace if you want to add an item to your open document.
Don't forget you can also drag and drop items from your file explorer too.
