SmartFields are commonly used phrases or words used in multiple places throughout your documents, such as your company name, address, telephone number etc... These values can then be automatically inserted into your company documents, and easily updated should any of them change.

This can be set under the Admin Control Panel > SmartFields.

It's finally here! You can now upload your own fonts to use within your documents. To upload them, open the Admin Control Panel, and under Custom Fonts, click on "Upload Company Font". This is available for those under the Team or Pro subscriptions. We support the .TTF and .OTF formats.

We've been making some improvements to our SmartShape handles, which should allow you to move and resize the shapes more easily.

Each side and corner handle is more visible and will resize in its respective direction. We've improved these for all shapes, and this will eventually be rolled out to charts, photo panels, tables and more.
