This error is passed back from the server you are trying to connect to rather than originating from within Xara. We can only suggest you double check you are entering the correct password.

You can also try connecting with a third party FTP tool such as FileZilla or WinSCP to confirm they are correct.

If it still fails, try resetting your password.
