If for any reason you need help with your account or documents, you can enable a Xara member of staff to log into your account to assist.

To do this, simply click on your avatar at the top right to bring up the settings, and then click on Grant Xara Login Access.

Afterwards, we will be able to generate separate credentials for your account (don't worry, we never see your password) and login as you to assist.

Once we are finished or if you wish to revoke access, simply click on that option again to disable.
