To update the credit card associated with your Xara subscription you can either ask Xara Support to send you an update link, or do-it-yourself in your account admin panel as follows:
Log in to your account at cloud.xara.com
In the Home Screen click on the drop down under your company name, top left corner, and select Subscriptions to go to your account admin panel
You should see your current subscription listed in the Billing & Plans > My Products & Plan tab. Click on Update Credit card.
And then click on Payment Methods to update your card details.
If your Xara subscription includes one of our desktop products (Designer Pro+, Web Designer+, Photo & Graphic Designer+), you can jump straight step 3 via the Billing & Plans option in your Account menu.
Note: Xara staff cannot see or access your card details, so we are not able to update your card details for you.
