Disconnect from Xara
On your dashboard, look under My Services on the right and click Social media connection.
A window opens showing your connected accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram). Click the pencil (edit) icon next to the account you want to disconnect.
Click Disconnect.
Done! Your account is disconnected.
To connect again, or connect to a different account, click Connect account and follow the prompts. Make sure you are logged in with the right account.
Tip: During connection, you may be automatically signed in to an account you didn't intend to use. If this happens, log out of that account in your browser, then start the connection again to choose the right one.
Disconnect from the social media side
You can also disconnect from the social media’s side. You don’t need to do this if you have already disconnected from the Xara side.
Follow these steps to disconnect Xara from your LinkedIn account:
Log in to LinkedIn and click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
Click Settings & Privacy from the drop-down menu.
Click Data privacy on the left rail.
Under the Other applications section, click Change next to Permitted Services.
Click Remove next to the Xara service to disconnect it from your LinkedIn account.
Follow these steps to disconnect Xara from your Facebook account:
Log in to Facebook and go to your account profile photo (not your Page).
Click Settings & Privacy.
Click Privacy Center.
Go to Settings > Facebook Settings and choose your account.
In the Your activity and permissions section go to Business integration and find Xara Social Media Posting, then click Remove.
Follow these steps to disconnect Xara from your Instagram account:
To disconnect Xara from your Instagram account, follow these steps:
Log in to Instagram and go to the top right menu.
Below Your app and media, click Website permissions.
Click Apps and websites, then click Active at the top.
Click Remove next to the Xara app to remove the connection.
