If you are trying to log in with an academic Office 365 account (Microsoft OneDrive), you may encounter an "Authorisation Failed" error message even though your credentials are correct. This is not an error that originates from Xara but rather from the cloud provider that you are using.

This could be down to a number of reasons but unfortunately cloud providers do not disclose the meaning of all error codes that are returned, so we can't give a reason why without investigation. For example, one message returned:

"Using application 'Xara Online Designer' is currently not supported for your organization [Organization Name] because it is in an unmanaged state. An administrator needs to claim ownership of the company by DNS validation of [Organization Name] before the application Xara Online Designer can be provisioned."

If you are receiving this error message, please let us know and we can contact the cloud storage provider and give a better explanation why this is happening.
