Xara Cloud is integrated with the popular Flaticons library from Freepik, which means there is a massive range of 7M+ symbols & icons, and 37,000 stickers for you to use. They are the perfect way to add a bit of color and personality to your document!

You can find them under Icon in the left hand tool bar.

  1. Either use the search box at the top

  2. Or scroll through to make a selection

  3. Click on the icon / sticker to insert it in your document

Top Tip: You can filter the icon search by color or shape like this:

You can place your icon as a stand-alone scalable graphic - just click on the symbol with no active selection in your document and it will appear in the center of the doc for you to resize and position.

Or with the text cursor active you can insert an icon into your text. Just place the cursor at the point in your text where you want the icon to appear and click on the symbol. Now the symbol will behave like it’s part of the text.

Note: Icons and stickers harness the power of Xara's Theme Colors, so that any icon or sticker automatically adopts your main theme color when you add it to your document. If that's not what you want, then a single click on Undo will revert the color change (a double click on Undo deletes the symbol).

If you click/tap on an icon or sticker in your document, the context menu will give you the option to Replace icon with a new one from any of the following locations...

  • Your computer - a file on your computer

  • Team Assets - from the selection uploaded to your Team Assets

  • Icon - another icon from the Icon Library
