Xara makes it easy to cancel and uncancel your subscription within your Xara account. We ask that you don't request our sales or support staff to do this for you, but follow these simple steps:
Sign in to your Xara Cloud account
In the home screen select Subscriptions in the drop down menu under your company name
In Billing & Plans select the My Products & Plan tab and then View Details and Manage
Click on your subscription and then Cancel Subscription
Select one of the reason codes and the Confirm Cancellation.
You can cancel a cancellation by following exactly the same path and clicking Remove Scheduled Cancellation.
If your subscription includes one of our desktop products, you can go straight to step 3 by clicking on Billing & Plans in the Account menu within Designer+.
