Ensure your documents always look professional and consistent by creating a Brand that can be automatically applied to all documents created by you or any member of your Xara Cloud team. And bonus, you'll never have to waste time looking for the right logo or font again!

Summary

  1. A brand (comprizing colors, logos and fonts) can be automatically applied to any document created in Xara Cloud.

  2. The brand can be applied at any time during the creation or editing process.

  3. An Admin can create multiple brands for their team.

  4. Changes to a brand are automatically pushed to all users in your team.

  5. Brands apply to all shapes, objects and components.

Setting up your first brand

To start creating your brand, open Document Properties (via File > Document Properties or by simply clicking the page background in the editor) and click on + Create a Brand.
โ€‹

This will launch the Brand Wizard.

Give your brand a name and fill out your brand logo, colors and fonts. Don't worry, all of this information can be edited later. Afterwards, you can set whether to apply the brand automatically to all new documents.

And that's it! Your brand will be available in the dropdown list in any document you open. You can switch between brands at any time in the same dropdown.

Editing Brands

Click on the pen edit icon next to brand in your dropdown list (or click Manage Brands and you'll see and edit icon there too).

From here you can enter the brand wizard again and edit your brand. Click Save when you are finished.

Automatically applying brands

You can automatically apply your brand to any new template you open by checking the little star icon in the Brand Manager

And likewise you can uncheck the option to stop it from being applied to new documents. You can only have one brand selected at a time to be applied to your templates.
