If you are a busy real estate agent, you will love this new time saving feature. You can now populate our real estate templates with the data captured from a website URL, making it quick and easy to customize your materials. You no longer need an MLS connection. Xara's AI tool automatically imports your property listing photos and information and applies them to your templates.

When you open a new template you will see a pop-up window where you can copy and paste your URL.

If you are working on an existing template, click on the Real Estate icon and copy and paste the property’s website URL.

Xara’s AI tool will automatically detect the property listing photos and info and offer you all the relevant images. Uncheck the images you don't want to import and click Apply to automatically populate the SmartFields in the template.

And that’s it. You can still customize and apply different photos or info to your design.

Note that this feature is only visible if you have selected Real Estate as your industry on sign up.
