To share your document, open it and click on Share at the top right corner of the editor.
This will give you 4 options:
Share to web...
This will give you a link that you can then send to anyone you want to share your document with, as a read-only copy (so they can't edit it). Click on it and you will see this screen:
You then have the option to change the title of the document (what appears in the browser tab). After click Publish to get the link, which you can send to anyone you wish to share the document with.
Updating your document
If you make any changes to your document after sharing it, you will need to re-share it in order for those changes to show. Click on Share and Share to web again. Click on Update to do just that.
Here you can also update the browser tab name if you wish.
Share with others
This will allow you to share your document with someone and invite them to edit it with you. Check out the full article here on Share Editing / Collaboration.
Click on Download and select your desired format to download it to your computer or device.
You can also find these options in File > Download. Please see this article for more information.
Clicking on this will automatically produce a PDF, then click on File > Print and print it out on your printer. Due to the nature of Cloud its difficult to print directly from the web page so this will ensure your print is correct.
